Band Contest Registration
The entry fee for each band is $25.00, and the contest is limited to 10 contestant bands on a first-come, first-served basis, at the Meltdown Board of Directors’ discretion. Each band member must purchase a Saturday-only or Weekend Pass to the Meltdown and show proof of vaccination.

Weekend or Saturday-only passes can be purchased online or at Animas Trading Company in Durango
You may choose to return this form by mail with a check or money order (no cash) to the address below. Entry must be received by Friday, April 22. You may also deliver this form with payment to the Durango Arts Center Box Office by Friday, April 22, at 3 pm, if space is still available.

The Meltdown Band Contest takes place on Saturday, April 23 from 3-5 PM, with finals on the main stage at the Durango Arts Center on Sunday, April 24 from 10-11 AM.
