Band Contest Registration
The entry fee for each band is $25.00, and the contest is limited to 10 contestant bands on a first-come, first-served basis, at the Meltdown Board of Directors’ discretion.

You may also deliver this form with payment to the Durango Arts Center Box Office by Friday, April 19, at 3 pm, if space is still available.

The Meltdown Band Contest takes place on Saturday, April 20 from 3-5 PM, with finals on the main stage at the Durango Arts Center on Sunday, April 21 from 10-11 AM.
